Nerikomi is a Japanese ceramics technique in which different coloured clays are layered, stacked and sliced to create intricate patterns within the clay itself, meaning the design runs all the way through, not just on the surface. Finished with a gloss glaze, each mug is as lovely to hold as it is to look at.
